Taking part in this course was truly a transformative experience. It was full of valuable knowledge and practical skills, but the most important thing for me right now was the use of box breathing, meditation, and visualization.

As a beginner, I had used these techniques separately and mostly just as "first aid" during stressful situations. But learning to integrate them together – as Mark taught us, especially on the third day – helped me realize their long-term impact. I now see them not only as tools for crisis, but as practices that can bring lasting change to all areas of my life. When Mark spoke about the connection between these techniques and deeper, more restorative sleep, I was speechless. It seems to be a simple practice – yet incredibly powerful and deeply practical.

I'm currently organizing my notes and materials and preparing to integrate the training into my daily life. I feel grateful, energized, and excited to continue this journey.
